When everything is delivered to our business, we will also contact you to tell you the estimate of when the repairs will be completed. After that, we will let you know when the vehicle is ready so that you can come to pick it up.

At Northwest Autobody, we make the insurance process a breeze. Once you receive a claim number, all you have to do is provide it to us and we will take care of everything else. We will communicate with your insurance company about prices and approved repairs. At the end of your repairs, all you have to do is pay the deductible.
